Tracking your Order

Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an email detailing your 'order confirmation' containing the items you have ordered. 

You can track your order by emailing our Fitting Department. Please state your name and order number in the Email Subject.

We will reply to you within 24hrs of your email and we will arrange a fitting/delivery date for your products.

Customer Service Enquiries

Should you have an issue with a newly fitted order or past order bought from us, then simply email us a description of the fault, and attach some photographs or video of the issue and we will arrange to have a fitter fix this issue ASAP.

Should you have a child safety issue relating to your blinds then you must contact us immediately and we will rectify any issue.
